Blackberry, Banana & Cardamom Smoothie
The Christmas tree is on its way!!... the baby furniture is on its way!... and I am in serious clean, organize, decorate and get-everything-done-before-February mode! Things are starting to come together and it's a great feeling.
So, to keep my energy up I have been relying on smoothies. I've posted about smoothies in the past but they have taken on a whole new meaning now that I can't see my toes anymore.
This is what I see when I look down...
This smoothie is easy and yummy. And cardamom is a great winter spice.
What you'll need:
Big pinch of Cadamom
2 big spoonfuls of full-fat plain yogurt or Kefir
1/3c hemp or almond milk
1. Blend all the ingredients through a blend and enjoy!

P.S. Tucker has found a new favorite spot. I have a pregnancy pillow on my bed which has turned into Tucker's pillow. Every night he curls up in the pillow with me and rests his little leg on the side of the pillow... I'm not kidding.. I will get a picture of this eventually. It's hysterical.
