Spicy Roasted Edamame

Spicy Roasted Edamame

Good Morning! There is so much to be done before this weekend. We are having a little get together for Dougie's 30th birthday and I need to get the house in order starting with the nursery. Best of all, Dougie's brother Grant and his wife Juliana are coming to stay and I cannot wait to see them. It is going to be a very fun weekend!

Since the next few days are filled with cleaning, organizing & errands I need a delicious snack to keep me going. Roasted edamame are the perfect on-the-go treat since they are packed with protein to keep me full.
